He married Margaret Houm\Hume\Hoomes\Homme in Athelstaneford, East lothian, Scotland., June 3, 1695.
John died in 1728.

12. James Walker (Francis, John) was born in Morham, East Lothian, Haddingtonshire. March 4, 1743. James died 1817.

He married twice. First he married Jean Hay-Newton July 13, 1780. She was the daughter of Richard Hay-Newton ESQ of that Ilke. Jean died July 6, 1792.
Then he married Marion Ann Hope October 21, 1797.
She was the daughter of John Hope. Marion died July 6, 1837.

Occupation: Writer to the Signed. James was baptized in Mainshill, Morham, East Lothian, Haddingtonshire., March 8, 1743.

James Walker and Jean Hay-Newton had the following child:

Fourth Generation

14. Sir Francis Walker-Drummond of Hawthornden (James Walker, Francis, John) was born June 9, 1781. Sir Francis Walker died February 29, 1844 at 62 years of age.

He married Margaret Forbes Drummond in Edinburgh, December 29, 1809. She was the daughter of Sir John Forbes Drummond of Hawthornden 1st Baronet and Mary Ogilvie of Murkie. Margaret died May 14, 1876.

Sir Francis Walker-Drummond of Hawthornden 2nd Baronet and Margaret Forbes Drummond had the following children:

15 i. James Walker-Drummond was born 1812.
He was christened in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, August 31, 1812.

16 ii. Francis Walker-Drummond was born in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland 1817.
He was christened in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, April 10, 1817.

17 iii. John, Forbes Walker-Drummond was born January 12, 1819.
John, died June 4, 1896 in Ednam House, Kelso, Scotland., at 77 years of age.
He married Emma Louisa Thornton September 11, 1866. She was the daughter of Edmond and Augusta Thornton. Emma died June 23, 1920. John and Emma Walker-Drummond lived very well, off Income derived chiefly From Money Invested, they had a large house in Kelso, Roxburgh, Scotland with many servants and house maids including a Governess, Butler, Footman, Nurse, Ladies Maid, Coachman, Housekeeper, Laundry Maid, Housemaid and Kitchen Maid to name but a few.
